This cheese slicer is made from a solid piece of walnut with matte black hardware. The inlay is also solid hardwood, with the donut being hard maple and the icing being padauk. The board is finished with an all natural, food safe cutting board oil and wood wax. The bottom of the slicer has four clear silicon feet with stainless steel screws.

This item must be hand washed and dried. DO NOT put in the dishwasher. Over time the board will need to be refinished to keep its shine. A small container of finish is included. It doesn’t take much and will refresh the board for many years to come.
